What information is disclosed to references?

For some of our applications, we will require personal references and employment verification. We won't be calling your personal references for the application process (they will simply be kept on your file).

For employment verification, we call your place of work to confirm that you do work for the company. The person that confirms your employment will not know what you are applying for, and none of your application details will be disclosed.
